What is your jewelry made of?
All our jewelry is solid gold of the karat level indicated in the product description! We do not sell gold-plated jewelry and test each piece to ensure they are solid gold and to ensure karat level. You can read more about why we only sell solid gold on our sustainability page!
What is gold karat level?
You'll see in all our descriptions a number and then "k" (ex. 14k, 17k, 12k). This indicates the purity level of the gold in the piece, which is the ratio of other metals to gold in the piece. Pure gold, which is not often used in jewelry because very soft and easily damaged, is 24k. 14k (which is the most common in the U.S.) is 14 parts gold to 10 parts other metals, making up a total of 24 parts. The purity level is also sometimes conveyed as a percentage (ex. 375, 585, 750).
What does vintage/antique mean?
All of these pieces are pre-owned, having stories of their own before reaching you! We rarely find the same item twice, so once something is sold out, we will not be able to restock the same item. Vintage refers to pieces that are more recent, while antique refers to older pieces (usually about 100 years old). We carefully inspect and research our jewelry to determine whether it is vintage or antique. Some of the ways that we determine jewelry age is by the hallmarks/maker's marks present and design of the piece. Vintage and antique pieces can have imperfections or scratches from being owned and worn before. We do our best to document and make clear any imperfections in our photos and listings, and please ask questions before purchasing if there's anything you are unsure about! Please note that product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings, and all measurements are approximate. You can contact us through our site or via DMs on our IG, and we will respond as soon as we can. All of our pieces are thoroughly cleaned before being sent out to customers.

Do you hold items or offer layaway?
You can pay in installments using ShopPay at checkout, or contact us directly for layaway plans.
When will my item ship?
Our items are usually ready to ship in 1-3 business days!
How do I find my ring size?
Visit our ring sizing page for instructions on how to measure your finger for the perfect fit! You can also have your ring resized by your local jeweler, if the ring you like is not your size. Please note that some rings are not resizable, which will be included in the description.
How are your items packaged?
All our items are packaged in jewelry boxes to ensure your pieces are kept safe during shipping! These boxes can also be used to store your jewelry. We use 100% recyclable packaging (including the mailing box, tape and shipping labels), so please recycle our packaging when you're done with it!
