Vintage Star Sapphire and Diamond Charm 14k

A charm with a bezel-set oval natural star sapphire cabochon in the center, with small diamonds set into triangle shapes on the sides. The stones all sit on a engine-turned background, creating a rippling effect in the light. 

Marked, tested 14k. In good condition.
